Project Description
In this world every individual is born with some strengths and
weaknesses. Mentally challenged individuals, need our special
support. They are often discouraged and considered to be useless.
If we observe carefully, these special children, when involved
in some vocational work to develop their skills and keep them
occupied, become very productive. We feel that special children
deserve more attention than they are currently being given.
This project will help in developing their talents, so that
they are respected and appreciated by all.
This group of students will work closely with special children
of Shadab Institute of Special Education, Khyber Block, Iqbal
Town and help to make their stay in school better. The coveted
target is to get into this school, discover the talent and promote
it further to inculcate self-confidence and sense of achievement.
ICBS students will work together to refine their talent of artistic
vocational work and theatre i.e. clay work, meshed paper work,
wax work and art, and will arrange a display , so that they
receive the acknowledgement they deserve.
Overall, their major concern is to promote special children
to make them feel their own selves.
Objective
The objective is to discover and refine special children’s
artistic vocational work and acting skills.
